£80 minimum for all orders. Payment can be made by Card, Cheque, Paypal or Bank Transfer.



If you choose the Deferred Payment option upon checkout, you will be emailed an invoice after placing your order. If you have set up an account with us, your goods will be shipped straight away and payment terms will be 30 days from the day your order is placed. For all other orders, goods will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment.

By default all new customers will be charged up front and payments must be paid before goods are released. Please inquire if you’re interested in being approved for Net 30 terms (existing customers only).



Late payments incur a late fee of 5% per month.



There are minimum ordering quantities for all our products which are shown on all product listings.


As most of our products are hand crafted, please allow at least one week for us to process your order. Please contact us regarding your delivery date if it is time sensitive.



Carriage is paid on all domestic mainland UK orders over £150 (ex. VAT). For all other orders shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice.

 Fréya Art & design Ltd. is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship are from our London studio. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.



We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours may be issued a restocking fee for up to 20% of the total deducted from your order. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.



Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back-ordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.



All of our products are printed on 100% FSC  - certified or 100% recycled paper (the rating used to certify the most environmentally friendly papers). And all our products are made & assembled in the UK.



All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up. Failure to comply may result in account termination. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure our products are displayed accurately onscreen, some computer monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen.

All our designs are protected by copyright. All images/text on the website belong to Fréya Art & Design Ltd. & must not be used without our permission.



If you're interested in becoming a stockist or you wish us to produce a piece of work especially for you please don't hesitate to contact us.




Internet fraud is a serious matter. We encourage you to be cautious about submitting your financial information online and to vet any organisation which purports to protect your information. If you feel that you have been the victim of fraudulent purchase activity through our store, please contact your bank (or related financial institution) immediately. Unless instructed not to by your financial institution, contact us next. If the questionable transaction is “pending” there is a chance we can cancel it before any money has been exchanged. If the payment has been processed, please contact us so that we can put a hold on it before it gets shipped. We will do everything in our power to prevent the processing of fraudulent orders, inclusive to contacting you by phone or email to verify your payment and shipping information.
